I recently had a great stay at a hotel that, while not centrally located, was absolutely spot on for my needs. The hotel offered free parking, which was a huge plus for me as I had my own car. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious dinner I had at the hotel's restaurant. Although it was a bit pricey, the quality of the food was definitely worth it. If you prefer eating out, there are also plenty of local restaurants nearby. Another great feature of the hotel was the room I stayed in. It was modern, clean, and had a small balcony that offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast provided in the morning was filling and had a good variety of options.
My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault it at all.

Entered hotel to see a man spraying the restaurant with insect killer! Nothing to do or see near this hotel and not close to airport! Better staying in bilbao very disappointed with hotel! Would not stay here again! This is not just a for the sake of it complaint, I have never filled this out before and stayed in numerous hotels across the world! I would advise you, if you want to stay in Bilbao stay in Bilbao not, like I thought close to the airport! I feel ripped off by this hotel group!

Bed was so comforable.
I stayed Saturday night as I had an early morning flight. There was no food available; the dinner menu is available Mon-Fri only. So, I went to bed hungry because the neighborhood restaurants opened at 9pm for dinner; a little too late for me!

the location was convenient, especially for those with early flights, and there were good public transport connections to the city center. the hotel was situated in a somewhat industrial area, but it was not noisy or disruptive. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and were friendly. Although I did not have breakfast, I heard it was satisfactory.
One negative aspect was the lack of available restaurants within walking distance.

Good location near the airport and easy to access Bilbao. the staff were friendly and helpful in giving directions. the bed was comfortable.
The hotel is tired and dated, with worn carpets and a lack of upkeep. the breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, and the coffee was not good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was impressive. Considering the prices of other hotels in the area, this hotel provided excellent value for the price. Secondly, the staff provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me with my queries. Additionally, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a small balcony offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast provided a good start to the day, with a variety of options including fresh fruits and croissants.
All was satisfactory and nothing stood out as needing improvement.

This is really nice place! and for this money .. I am totally satisfied) Not far from the hotel you'll find Sopelana Ocen plage, nice Gexo at a bay full of nice restaurants and yachts, Bilbao city with it's beatiful old town. Nice staff at the hotel, perfect cleaning and nice rooms with little balcony
The place is right by the road so it's too loud sometimes

The room was spotless and the beds very very comfortable. The hotel is located in what seems a corner of a village at the foot of a hill, so it's absolutely quiet. Actually, it's 15' from the city center and the airport, and there is even a bus stop directly in front of it.
